some clients that are unhappy is cause your refund wasn't as high as you wanted don't blame a tax office for your neglect of going exempt for a half of year or trying to claim dependants that aren't yours i would recommend her to everyone

generations have went to her she wonderful i'v sent my children and grandchildren to her she know the tax laws

my family and friends been with her for 21 years and she know the laws she wants thing done right without audits and pricing she is second to the lowest in the rock county area

she has done my business returns for 17 years and knowledgeble in everything never had a bad experience she goes the extra mile to help you within the limits of the law she is great

have 100% trust in this office i drop the stuff off and i have never had any problems she the greatest on being current with the tax laws also had her cards out

been a customer for 26 yrs and i keep refering my friends and family wouldnt go any place else she is smart and knows the tax laws she must be doing something right for being open for 26years

ThE lady that owns this place is vary unprofessional. Her fees are considerably Higher than H&R Block. She put in the wrong bank account information that delayed my refund for an additional 8 wks and the whole time she kept telling me that I was being audited and the state didn't have the money to pay me I was extremely patient with this lady and always respectful.then when she received my return she called me with an attitude demanding an apology. ... hmm I nicely asked her why I owe her an apology? She said because it wasn't her fault for the delay because she is vary thorough and has been doing it for 20 plus years And that The delay was my fault because of my photo Id and her assuming and accusing me of telling my freind I haven't received my taxes yet because of her mistake. I explained to her I don't feel I owe her an apology and wasn't bad mouthing her business (A I never did) so I asked if I could pick the check up She in a really snotty tone said yeeeaaaaas! When I showed up to pickup my check lol I was kicked out of the office. dont waste your time and money for this headache vary unprofessional and the lady is rude and can't tell the truth or admit to a mistake she made. I believe she owes me an apology and my truthful reviews with stay up until she decides to call and apologies to me for her inappropriate accusations, her mistake, and childish behavior.
