When we first started going here everything was really great, very authentic, very tasty. But the last couple of times we've gone it's been kind of blah tasting and the services been bad. The waiter I acted like he had better things to do the entire time. I will recommend the queso fundido appetizer and the Burrito Verde, they are fabulous! But a word to the wise don't order the seafood soup- not good at all, very fishy & very gross.

Had lunch there for the second time. Have been all over New Hampshire, and this is the only authentic pure Mexican food in the state. There used to be Ixtapa Cantina in the Foxrun Mall, but it closed down and was excellent. Now El Jimador has shown up at a great time, right before summer. We will definitely be going there again and again. The food is great and the service is even better. No waits for anything asked for. Very pleasant to talk to staff, especially if you know a little Spanish. Love the place and plan on telling everyone I know about El Jimador. We are from Southern California and know Mexican food and El Jimador is the real deal! We don't do fast food, and like they say, this place has good food fast, not fast food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes authentic Mexican food. Can't say enough about the place. Ed & Carla

Had dinner at El Jimador last night and it was okay. I found the service to be lacking in personality and charm. There were five people in my party and we were at a corner booth where 2 people were against the wall and the other 3 in separate chairs. The wait staff continually forced their way between me and the wall to get to the people sitting at the booth. I found this obtrusive and felt like I was in their way. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't feel like I'm in their way - they should accomodate their guests. It took forever to get our drinks, especially after they were so quick to serve salsa and chips the minute we sat down. Dinner came out probably 10 minutes after we ordered it yet once it was served, the waitress took forever coming back to the table. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so I don't know what the delay was. One of our meals was incorrect and needed to be redone. The food was good but I wouldn't rave about it. The service was what left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ate lunch here for the first time. It was delicious. I was impressed. All the employees are latino. I will definitely be eating there again.
