Established in 1981, South Point Family Practice provides health care services to families. It provides a range of medical services to infants, children, adolescents and all adults ages. Its special services include hospital care for newborns, ultrasound examinations, dietician services, mammography and stress tests including nuclear heart scans, osteoporosis testing and blood tests. South Point Family Practice has a bilingual staff that also offers patient education programs and other hospital consultations. It has offices in Belmont and Stanley, N.C.
