I help people change their old self-limiting beliefs and behaviors in service of discovering a more healthy way of being. I assist them in becoming aware of their triggers and unexamined assumptions about themselves and those around them. By developing this insight and understanding, people empower themselves to make new choices that are more in harmony with who they are. In therapy we work towards the potential of what is possible, with clarity and authenticity, in developing new ways of living that attract mind, body, relational, and spiritual healing.I work from a non-judgmental, client focused stance with interests in: Addiction, Adolescent Development, Father Issues, Relationship Issues, Differentiation, Diversity, Attachment Theory, Harm Reduction, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodrama, Jungian, Psychosynthesis, Existential/Phenomenological, and Transpersonal Psychology.
