Welcome to Old County Road Apartments. Old County Road Apartments are comprised of one and two bedroom apartments. We’re conveniently located in Belmont between San Francisco and Silicon Valley, with easy access to Highways 101, 280 and 92, and within walking distance to a local commuter train, shopping, restaurants, and city parks. Our spacious garden apartments are set among beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated swimming pool and spa. All apartments are cable ready. Residents have the option of paying for cable TV or satellite TV. We allow indoor cats only, which requires an additional $1000 Security Deposit. We do not charge a monthly pet rent. Smoking is prohibited on our property (pursuant to City of Belmont ordinance 1032). Open-flame barbeque grills are not permitted on decks or patios (pursuant to California Fire Code, Section 308.3.1). Electric grills and 1 gallon gas grills are permitted. For your convenience, Old County Road Apartments have three laundry rooms open 24 hours-a-day, with five washers and four dryers in each laundry room. Each apartment has one assigned covered parking space. There is no fee for parking. We also have many additional uncovered parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
