Location is great, apartment is spacious, and the resident manager is pleasant; these are the only redeeming qualities of what is otherwise a terrible property to rent. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place!I've lived here for 3 1/2 years because the rent has been relatively cheap but, the last year and a half, have had 3 rent increases of 100 each. these increases have been attributed to increases in maintenance costs and the costs of improving the location. About the only things we've seen as "improvements" have been assigned parking and some (very) minor landscaping.The property management is unresponsive and uncooperative, not to mention disrespectful of the tenants. The same goes for the maintenance staff. The water quality is terrible; it is discolored, to say the least... in fact one of our faucets produces murky, water full of rust and sediment. Don't expect to be able to cook with or drink the water.The security deposit is an outstanding issue for us; we are preparin
