I have a building I bought from these folks, never a issue about payments, but then I pay my bills. A small late fee that some people complain about should not provoke them to to bad mouth this company, after all they are allowing you to have a item you would not be able to afford or you would not be making payments, just go lay down the $5,000 and buy it or quit complaining about $45. A small amount considering what they have allowed you to hold of theirs. I feel I have a quality product and fair payments, and great service.....Thanks

I have been doing business with this company since 2010. We have 2 bldgs. This company and especially Danny, and they have been so polite and very understanding. We have had times when we were late on our payments. One Dec. we had an emergency debt that we had to pay. This company worked with us concerning when and how much at a time we could at a time to catch up (3) pymts. Not counting the present month that had become due. When we purchased our home it only had one small storage bldg and just limited storage in the residence. We purchased a His and Hers. My daughter bought one and made a pool house apt for her kids as each one entered college. It made a beautiful 2 room w added bath apt. Thinking about getting one and doing the same for a mother in law apt., guest apt or for our teen when his friends come over or when he enters college. They have been great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

these guys are the best I am not sure about the post below but i have purchased three storage buildings and at the end I always get a deed and i have never had a issue with my account. I have been late before and they have always been very helpful. I hope all others will post on here the dont deserve the 2 stars!

I from Lake Park, Ga I bought a 24X12 back in 2004 from them, pay 36 payments on time and after I did so, I got the deed in the mail, nothing wrong with Walnut Hill Rentals in my book. I would buy from them again

I wouldn't do business with these people, i have never been late, i was actually a month ahead on my payments a matter a fact, an all of sudden they are telling me that i have been late for the last 2 months an owe them $45 late fee, when my payments aren't due till the 15th of every month an i have bank statements showing when my checks cleared an all have been before the due date, so unless you want get screwed an told your late when are not an have proof your not, then i wouldn't deal with these people at ALL!!!!!!
