If there was anything LESS than 0 that’s what I would rate the service at this hotel. After driving for 10 hours my brother made a reservation at this hotel because he wanted to have dinner with me( I live close by) on his way back from a cross country trip. He is a 100% disabled Marine Veteran who has also undergone a quadruple bypass operation. He showed up at the hotel and requested the 1st floor room he made via telephone, the clerk/manager said there was no designation for a 1st floor room and said although rooms WERE AVAILABLE on the 1st floor, they had 2 beds and someone who was not a single might come in later and want them. When my brother pointed out it was 9pm, the clerk said it didn't matter, since it wasn’t on his reservation, he did not have to give him one. My brother was unfamiliar with the area, tired and just wanted to sleep. After practically begging the clerk, he was finally able to get a 1st floor room. Seriously? A man who went over a land mine to defend his country had to do this to get a room? I called reservations and was told the 1st floor request was in his record. When my brother told the clerk he was going to call the 800 guest relations line? The clerk’s response? "We are a franchise, so they can't do anything." When I called reservations I let them know how upset this made me. Just wait till I get hold of customer relations!!

CALLED THE PLACE AND THEY ARE AT 1-40 & EXIT 66 SOMEWARE AT AN UNKNOWN CITY IN TN. NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR THE MOTEL.
