Farook has started to overcharge for holding parcels. I was charged $10.00 for a small 6 lbs. package that was held for only two days. He used to charge $5.00 to hold a box of this size. He told me he is charging $10.00 for most items these days unless they are very small even though the box was only 6 lbs.

Hagen's in Blaine, WA offers very fair prices for their service - they charge only $5.00 for a box under 44 lbs. I will certainly be using Hagen's in the future - not only are their prices reasonable, but also they are closer to the Canadian border. They conduct a lot of business with people like me who have items shipped to a U.S. address because of non-delivery in Canada from Macy's, eBay, etc.

Their staff made a mistake and charged us the wrong price, we didn't want to pay the new price and we went to pick up our items. They wanted to charge a fee to recover the loss of not having the business, because their staff made the mistake.
