Mr. Rendina is licensed to practice law in both British Columbia and Washington. He is an active member of the Law Society of B.C. and the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Rendina's preferred area of practice is international business development advising clients on a broad range of matters, including incorporating U.S. and Canadian Companies, initial public offerings, public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and capital alterations continuous disclosure, corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability, proxy contexts and takeover defense mechanisms. He is also an experienced estate planning attorney with and deep knowledge of financial planning, investing, insurance and other related matters.
