We had heard so much about Oreck and now that we have one it is so nice to know we can get bags without going to a big hassle someplace. I also hate ordering on line, giving my credit card numbers to someone, Thanks for this cheery place. They were even cooking Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies the other day and giving them out to everyone.

We sure our excited about our new vacuum. And we even get 10 free service visits. We sure don't get any help like that at Sears or Walmart

Do not recommend. I want other consumers to beware of this store. As for why my vacuum didn't work after I paid to have it fixed, I was told every possible lie. If you like being treated poorly and where the consumer is always wrong - go here. If you want your vacuum fixed by a more professional store go to the store in Lynnwood. They pulled out the used parts from the Meridan store and fixed it for free.
