I purchased a hide-a-bed 11/7/11. The sales was good to work with. She assured me I'd have the sofa in time for Christmas. She mentioned several times that I could cancel the order or return the product for any reason. If I see the sofa and don't like it I can return it for a refund. Deadline passed so I called and was told the fabric is on back order and should come in early January. By the end of January I'm getting fed up and found another sofa & called the store to cancel the order. They weren't happy, told me the sofa I ordered is being shipped and now inform me that there's a 20% re-stock fee. I hadn't been informed of a restock fee and asked them to waive that as they missed 2 of their own deadlines. No, they won't do that as it's a special order. But the reason it took so long is that the fabric I ordered is in high demand. I asked where the sofa is & got angry "in transit!" Nice 20% fee for a non-existent sofa. Wont shop here again. I paid cash for a couch and made arrangements to pick it up that day. The store called me back and said that I couldn't have the couch because they didn't want to sell it. This is AFTER I paid for it. The owner is a complete liar and has no business ethics. They have a sign reading "All Sales Final" but would not honor that when it came to them. He yelled and swore at me. After several hours I got my money back, but no couch.
