Dr. Edward Chin is a graduate of University of Michigan where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry while concurrently completely his Masters of Science Degree.He continues to lecture internationally on a range of topics in his specialized field of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Chin enjoys creating the most esthetically pleasing results for all of his patients and he has a keen interest in arch development and early treatment orthodontics. Some of the expansive number of procedures that Dr. Chin is trained to do include: full mouth rehabilitation, white or silver fillings, stainless steel crowns, porcelain crowns, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, root canals, simple extractions, surgical extractions, space maintenance, palatal expansion, space regaining, arch development, complete orthodontics and many other services. All of the above mentioned interests have been included as a part of Dr. Chins practice focus throughout his career.Dr. Chin is very calm, yet very passionate about what he does and strives to be a positive influence in developing a strong dental experience for both parent and child alike. He continues to update his skills by taking multiple continuing education courses and participating in a full range of professional development that exceeds the requirements for State licensure. As a testament to Dr. Chins commitment to his professional excellence he has completed the rigorous examination process that qualifies him to be a part of a special group of Pediatric Dentists worldwide who have earned the distinction of Diplomat status with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

our appointments always start on time, and very quick which is very helpful with my daughter who doesnt have the best attention span.
Quick and easy, my kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist.
I had to come here on two separate occasions with my twin daughters who both needed GA and caps placed on their teeth. The experience was good, explained well and they put my children at ease immediately, there was never a moment when they were uncomfortable with the people in the office. I would come here again in the future.
The staff and Dr. Chin are great and the service is fast. Usually in and out without complications. Was able to schedule my child quickly for dental work. He is quick and to the point. Kids room is awesome for all ages. Best dentist I have had for my kids thus far! Would highly recommend Dr. Chin to other families.
My son has anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I have taken to him to a few other pediatric dentists and none of them have been as caring and compassionate as Dr. Chin. He ensures that you know what will happen in a procedure and take the time to listen to your concerns and any questions that you may have. My son is more at ease and though anxiety still peeks through Dr. Chin tends to make him feel comfortable.

Dr. Chin listens well and gives clear explanations of what he is doing. He also remembers his patients and asks them "small talk" questions while he works, which helps put them at ease.
I have a child that has had a traumatic dental experience with a different dentist. He loves coming to the office here and has had an overall great experience!
Every visit has been great! Our concerns are addressed and we are comfortable with the friendly staff! Dr. Chin always talks to my child and makes her feel so comfortable in his chair.

I felt like the staff was overall great and they did a good job at explaining what is going on and what they are doing to my kids, one thing i did not like is i was not allowed to be or see my 3yr old autistic child while she was being sedated.

Our experiences with Dr. Chin have been positive. He does not try to push unnecessary procedures and takes a reasonable wait and see approach for things such as braces. The kids like coming here and get excited for their visits.
We just switched to Apple Dentistry at 10 years old when my child was "graduated" from his previous pediatric dentist. We look forward to our return visit in 6 months.
