Although Caravan Cannabis is a new brand, we certainly aren't new to medical and recreational cannabis in Washington State. We opened our first medical dispensary, The Top Shelf Bellingham, in March 2013. We opened four more medical dispensaries in Whatcom and Skagit Counties before converting to recreational/medical in 2015. In 2023, the managing partner of the stores, Jeff Clark, became the sole owner and rebranded as Caravan Cannabis Company to start anew while embracing our experience in the industry and commitment to our communities. Jeff Is a Marine veteran who has been involved in the cannabis industry in Washington since 2010.
