i.e., I called in because my door was not going down and staying down. The girl walked me through the process and assured me that it was my little sensors for my opener. I kept insisting it was not. However she walked through the whole thing and sure enough it was my sensors. I had something to close. She saved me a service fee and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. They have been out to fix my door a couple years back. They are helpful, honest, fair & very knowledgable. Koodles to them....A local favorite, or highly recommended because

These guys were Johnny on the spot. We needed a Spring Repair. When I had a problem a few days later they returned immediately to resolve our problem. Their service prices were not the cheapest I found but they responded quickly. Then when we needed a new garage door they were quick to respond and very informative. I dealt over the phone with Carla many times and she was very knowledgable and helpful. The salesman was great too!. We love our new door.
