Avoid Bayside Therapy Associates at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen and have the patience and time to deal with bad customer service, sloppy clerical work and messy payment entanglements. My wife and I paid the price for their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills--literally. Their billing process is grossly mismanaged. They failed to contact us about a bill we owed which we were unaware of. As a result, they ended up sending us to collections, despite the fact that we received no billing statements from them, no phone calls from them, nothing! I have never heard of any business making such a weak effort to communicate before taking such drastic actions against their own customers. When I called to clear the situation up, the office staff were condescending, unsympathetic and outrightly refused to make any effort to fix the situation. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before by any business.
