Although they have wonderful products, I am really disappointed with my recent experience here. I was a B&B fan before the merge. I still love the classes in metalworking and jewelry making- the teachers here are fabulous. But the store owner has got some crazy ideas about customer service. I bought a book there and when I found out I already owned a copy I went to return it the following day with receipt in hand, and was told "they support the authors by not taking returns". ??? They also don't take back unopened tools, or beads. This is NOT a customer friendly store, BEWARE, your purchase must be certain, for there is .....no return.I am taking my business elsewhere.
