No matter what your options are, please refrain from signing up with this company. They are the worst and you'll regret this down the road when you finance a Kirby vacuum with them. I never missed a payment and every time my bank stopped a payment for fraud protection, they called me and I took care of it the same day. Merchant still charged me $20 regardless. At the end of my cycle, I found out that I owed 232.35 extra yet I paid off the vacuum not missing a payment. I tried to talk to them and they refused to waive that money. They even threatened to report me to the credit bureau for the money I felt I shouldn't have to pay since I never missed a payment in 36months.

They are the worst company to deal with in regards to paying your credit account. They will not send you a statement of account unless you contact them several times. If you do not contact them directly a person will never know your account balance. We purchased a bed from a business that used Merchants Acceptance for their credit company. Based on my experience, I will not purchase another item from any company that will use Merchants Acceptance again. Do not use them.

This company is equally corrupt as it product company, Kirby/ NWDC. Owned by husband and wife, using their daughters for sales liars. Scandelious. Ruthless. Beware
