I found their staff very helpful and their jewelry was absolutly gorgeous, and their prices were the best I have seen for the outstanding quality. Their jewelers are on staff, and they created the most beautiful engagement ring for us. We would highly recommend J. Lewis to anyone who wants quality.

Very expensive pieces. The sales people are not necessarily jewelers. Each time I inquired about a piece, the sales person had to ask someone else to get the answer. She'd interrupt the other person even if when that person was working with a customer already. The owner, I think his name was Peter Lewis, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He really bent over backwards to assist me, but his sales people need more training.

This my favorite place to shop for all my jewelry needs, wants and wishes! Compare what the "blue box" value can give you, then check out J Lewis Jewelry and be prepared to be delighted. I too have had an expensive watch repaired here, and, because there are only 2 high end repair companies in the US, it does take quite a long time to repair, but, when you're dealing with high end repairs, it's important to have a company stand behind their service, which J Lewis Jewelry does.
