My child is in the infant room, so I can't speak about the concerns from the other reviewers. However, my wife and I looked at many day cares and felt that the people working at Kindercare would take the best care of our little one (other day care providers were very meek, not talkative, inexperienced, or just plain weird). So far she loves her time at daycare and gets a lot of attention from Miss Mickey and Miss Natalie. There's lots of attention provided to our baby and she gets to have a lot of interaction with other kids.



We passed on several much more expensive day cares, not because we're cheap, but because of the experience of the care givers in the infant room, their positive attitudes, approachability, and professionalism. Whenever picking up the kids (no matter the time of day) they are either playing directly with a child, feeding/changing, or cleaning up. This kindercare isn't the newest and doesnt' have brand new toys, but its very clean, and our little baby can't tell the difference anyways!

I have my child at this Center for past 2 years and find this place to be the best that you can find. My son is 4 years old and can already read thanks to their Phonics program. I find that the teachers are fully dedicated and happy. Low staff turn-over ratio and clean and safe envornment.

It's simply bad. I sent my 10 month old kid. Staff was so untrained. they just let the kid cry and hardly care to offer food or pacify. My kid dehydarated because they were unable to feed anything even water. Finally we have to pull over kid out. On top of that they charge full money, no refund or regret or curtsey. Very unprofessional.

AVOID to go to this place.
