Elisabeth Rehn, LICSW has been working in the mental health field for the last five years treating over 600 clients in both individual and group mental therapy settings. She has studied and incorporated various evidence-based methods of mental health treatment and has found Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to be the most effective model. She is passionate about helping her clients create a life with less stress and more fulfillment. DBT not only provides her clients with new tools to cope and change behaviors that interfere with life goals, but also provides acceptance of their natural strengths and values. Elisabeth currently leads our Intensive Outpatient Program for women and adolescent girls with anxiety and depression. Elisabeth is passionate about social justice, good books, animals, and the outdoors. She has many friends and enjoys an active social life in downtown Seattle.
