Columbia Retail Group was formed in 1998 to answer National Developers growing demand for in-depth experience of the Washington's retail market. CRG specializes in net-lease retail and mixed-use products, brokering and developing free standing, investment grade retail built-to-suit products throughout Washington. Our combined experience of over 30 years has successfully delivered quality store locations to clients including Albertson's, Staples, Big 5, CSK Automotive and Bank of America. Headquartered in Bellevue, WA CRG is active in several Puget Sound and Inland Empire markets.
