Wonderful service, and even though it's not their job, they always wash my floor mats whenever I ask. Very friendly!

I have a 2011 BMW 550xi with less than 7500 miles. I was guided into the rails by a worker. I thought only my rims were scrapped. I later found out that I had damage to two high performance tires and it would cost me over $1,000.00 to repair. Les Schwab told me it wasn t safe to drive. I didn t realize the damage to my tires until 2-3 weeks after.

I washed my car there last month and I always tip the people not because they dry my car so well but because I think it's the right thing to do. Anyway, so i took a few bills out and droped it in the jar outside! A few seconds later when i went accross the street to purchase the baby formula, I realized that I accidently put a $50 bill instead along with the rest of the $'s I droped off in the jar! When i went back to ask for the jar, it was gone and no one spoke any english! When i asked for the supervisor's info they refuse to give me that! I went to the store at the Gas station and spoke with the owner that refused to do anything to help me! Wash your car somewhere else where people speak english so if something happens, you can fix it quicky!
