      You will be sorry

      I have never had such bad survice. First I told the driver where to park, he decided to move after I went to do the paperwork and got stuck in my yard. After 1/2 hour he got unstuck and tore up 800 to 1000 sq feet of my yard. The one that did the paperwork asked for a 10% tip, right LOL. They were schedualed to be there from 9 - 12 noon. They showed up at 5pm and didn't get done until 2am the next morning. They did offer to put out flood lights at that time to try to fix my yard, but you had to be kidding, I had to get SOME sleep before I had to leave that day. Now it is delivery day and again they are to be here between 9 - 12 noon. Call came in and they would be here sometime around 2pm next call they will be here between 3 -6pm. Now I am mad, so I explained the reasons why I am mad and they are back to between 1-2pm. I can't believe a company can be so bad with the ability to schedual and follow through. After sending pictures of my yard I have not been given any answers about my yard and or damages they will pay, but they want there money prior to off loading the truck. Watch out and beware of this company... You will be sorry!
