      History taking is the first step in diagnosing the cervical spine. Schwartz, DC studied and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1981 from California State College. Following his degree he was then introduced to Chiropractic work by a colleague and friend. In doing some research on Chiropractic studies and it's value to the body's tissue and function he decided to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received his degree in 1984.
