AVOID this person who is not an actual doctor! An "optometrist" is not a doctor by definition. Dean hides behind this "Dr." title because he lacks credibility and has no problem attacking those who do business with him. Take my advice and find a better human being to do business with.

I have never been to a doctor who has less communication skill than this dirtbag! I simply told him I wanted "glasses" not "contacts". He proceeded to babble incessantly about the positives of contacts (surely to him from a $ standpoint). I CAN'T wear contacts!!! They irritate my eyes! Finally, I told him: Either start preparing my "GLASSES" or I'm leaving. At that point he proceeds to tell me I'M BEING RUDE! He's lucky I didn't punch him in the mouth!
