Living at Tuscan Manor in Belleville has been the worst living experience of my life. Since I am limited to how much I can say, I will only speak of the fact that my air conditioning broke on August 1, 2005. I lived in 90 degree heat for two months. It is now November and it still is not fixed. The closet shelf that they took down is still lying on the floor. They refuse to contact me regarding a credit to my rent that I was promised because they NEVER fixed my air conditioning. My apartment was so hot I could not stay for longer than a few hours and it was impossible to sleep there. All I recieved were excuses and empty promises. This place is a hole and I would never, ever suggest living here to anyone. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!! Nothing works, all of the sinks leak, there is a weird smell all the time, they never fix anything. They have no respect for anyone. Please, please tell everyone you know not to come close to this place!!!!!
