If there were negative ratings I would give this business that rank. HORRENDOUS customer service is a vast understatement. They have a monopoly and are pretty much the only distributor of CPAP supplies on this side of the river. Which could be the the driving force behind the DEPLORABLE treatment I received from the very first time I reached out to them.This is the first and hopefully only time I will diss someone/thing in this manner. If you have an alternative, you will be much better served by going virtually ANYWHERE else.
