I selected this company based off reviews and find it only fair to post one myself. I just want to say that he was very professional. He responded to my emails and calls almost instantaneous. Im out of state and was a little parionoid on selecting a inspector to inspect my home that i was purchasing in O Fallon, IL. Looking for an inspector that was able to achieve all the inspeactions I wanted was hard. I used his company to conduct: whole home, termite, sewer and radon. I must say I very pleased. He sent me the reports within 48 hours of completion. The reports where very simple to read and understand. He even sent follow up emails to ensure I understood the reports and was available to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend his services to anyone.
