Nearly cause an accident at the exit ramp at Frank Scott Parkway by driving on the shoulder passing construction traffic!

The emloyees that drive for A1 Med Car seem to be friendly, helpful, and usually on time. However, the Manager, ( I believe his name is Jerry) is extremely rude and disrespectful to both clients and his drivers. He yells and cusses at his employees on their walkie talkies so the client sitting in the backseat can hear him loud and clear. I had to cancel their service when he yelled and cussed out my 66 year old mother because she had to reschedule with late notice. At the least he is totally unproffessional , and completely verbally abusive. We will definately be reporting him.
