Computer Technology Specialists was my third call, but should have been my first. My computer would not boot. I first went to a large retail store. They told me that the turn around would be 3-5 days. So I took it to a smaller computer business downtown ( I won't name them). I dropped the PC off on Tuesday morning and on Wed afternoon they told me that they could not retrieve my data and they were going to reinstall windows (causing me to lose all my programs and files). I picked up the computer Wed night. I called Dave at Computer Technology Specialists. He stated that he would look at the PC at no charge and give me a diagnosis. I dropped the computer off Thursday at 5pm and Dave was finished Friday morning. He was able to fix the bootup files and everything was saved. Dave even brought the computer back to me at work on Friday morning. Less than 18 hrs he had the computer and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him. His business card is on my fridge.
