Ed was EXCEPTIONAL as a service man today. He was on time, he explained what was
going on with my dryer vent & made suggestions about what needed to be done but
I never felt pressured to take his advice. I did however, have him replace the dryer
vent pipe. I felt he was fair with his prices, he worked consistently while he was here
and he cleaned up after he finished. And, most importantly, he projects a very sincere,
genuine attitude that he was here to do the best job possible. I have already given
his name to two friends that live in Columbus and I will continue to recommend him!!

Our house has a 26 foot dryer vent with 5 turns. It had been 7 years since we last had it cleaned. Ed arrived early, was friendly and informative. He first measured the air flow at the exit vent and found it to be grossly deficient. After cleaning the dryer itself, he separated the vent pipe at the elbows and used the brush and vacuum to thoroughly clean the vent pipe. After reassembling the pipe, Ed again measured the airflow and found it to be much improved. We were surprised that his fee was so low given the amount of work he performed. We will certainly use USA Dryer Vent in the future.
