This is a very sad place to work. My biggest complaint is my son cannot get a schedule until Tuesday at 430 pm to which the new schedule starts the next day, Wednesday. No employee should be given less than 12 hrs notice on what they are working.

This is a subway that is individually owned, and from what I can see, the owner doesn't seem to care. They do not make it a point to make sure employees are doing the jobs appropriately. The store itself is badly managed. My son tries to go up to the chair of command, but doesn't get any results. New managers are badly needed and more action is needed to make sure employees are happy and do what they need to do. Doesn't the owner realize if the employees are listened too, then it makes them happier and in the end, that attitude is what the customers see and feel. That attitude keeps customers coming back.
