Hoss s Steak and Sea House is a privately owned company that operates more than 30 restaurants throughout Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. It specializes in cooked-to-order steaks, chicken, and seafood entrees, with side dishes such as garden salads, vegetables, soups, freshly baked bread and fresh fruit. The restaurant s specialties include skinless chicken breast fillets served in a variety of styles, including grilled, lightly fried and marinated with barbecue sauce. It's true hoss-pitality. The soups are always amazing and Clairie is the best waitress in the whole world.

Cleaver cut steaks are low fat and not that expensive. Salad bar, fresh baked bread and soups are above average. This is a middle class steak and sea house, but for less than $15, you won't get a better steak with all the extras included. Service has always been the hallmark here.
