At the House Detective Home Inspections we are a commercial inspection company providing property inspections in the Queens, NY and Neponsit Belle Harbor, NY areas. If you need a home inspector call us today. We offer complete New York home inspections services of all readily accessible areas of the home, both inside and outside. This includes the grounds, foundation, basement, structure, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical service, attic, interior and exterior surfaces, chimney, roof, and much more. Once the New York home inspection is complete, a computer-generated report of all of the defects as well as the good points is given to the client at the site. In addition, the client will receive a manual and guide to Home Maintenance. Summary reports are sent via email, fax, or the US Postal Service directly to the client and the clients attorney within 24 hours. With the client's consent, a copy is also sent to the real estate agent.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. John had already introduced himself to the seller and was on the roof performing the roof and chimney inspection. He let us know every thing that he observed and asked if we had any questions. We then followed John thruout the home at his request and were taken to school. He explained everything and even suggested remedies. He found enough problems that allowed for a $8,000.00 less renegotiated price. It was quite an experience following him thru the home and actually learning about the workings of the home. The real estate sales woman was so impressed with his work that she hired him then and there to do an inspection on a home that she was buying. The report was beautiful, I received it that same evening. It had pictures with arrows and circles pointing out the problems with explanations as to what was wrong and what to do.about it.What else can I say. I recommend John Esposito and have. He was great
