Dr. Promecene was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is a graduate from the University of Texas, McGovern Medical School. She enjoys providing care for women of all ages and she believes that patient education is key to strong doctor-patient relationship. She embraces the philosophy that knowledge empowers and knowledge about your health empowers individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, gardening and long distance running.
