Formed in 1976, Jones & Carter Inc. is a full-service engineering, planning, surveying and consulting firm assisting public and private sector clients. Based in Houston, Texas, the company s capabilities include project research, consultation and design and turnkey construction management. It provides solutions for waste water treatment, hydraulics, geographic information systems and municipal infrastructure, to name a few. Some of the construction projects successfully completed comprise Texas Medical Center Transit Facility and The Woodlands Waterway. It has also completed the water and wastewater projects such as Water Plant Engineering for Water Plant Coles Crossing and Water Production Facilities for Bilma Water Plant.
