I was scheduled 8:15am just to come in for my depo shot. The staff didnt make it to the office until 8:15am and didnt unlock the door until about 8:30am. After I walked up to the window to check myself in she told me no one makes it there to give me my injection until 9:00am. What sense does it make to have a patient scheduled at 8:15am if they wont be seen until after 9:00am. Complete waste of my time.
