I've been using The Tart Cherry capsules for several years now, I take two in the Morning and two in the Evening. That seems to work perfect for me. I was having "Gout" attacks quite regularly, every two or three month's, since I've been taking the Tart Cherry, Now I seldom have an attack and when I do, they are much milder than before. I highly recommend Tart Cherry capsules to all my friends and anyone else, I hear suffering with "GOUT".

Tart Cherry Juice is just yummy and so healthy. We mix it with water and a little stevia for an enjoyable beverage. Sometimes I even use a little fizzy water if I feel like I want a carbonated bevervage.
