Established in 1970, Bella Vista Townhouse Association (BVTA) serves more than 1040 townhouse owners in the townhouse courts, including Basildon, Brittany, Brittany II, Brompton, Drake, Kingsdale, Kipling I, Kipling II, Melanie, Metfield, Norwood, Shakespeare I, Shakespeare II, Shakespeare III, Tanyard, Windsor and Chelsea. The regular member assessment provides for regular grounds maintenance of BVTA limited common property including mowing, weed eating, shrub and tree trimming, weed spraying in rock beds, leaf cleanup and maintenance and operation of facilities and infrastructure.
