PLEASE TAKE AWAY THE ONE STAR. HAD TO PUT SOMETHING TO POST

Poor excuse for a company, especially one that the Samsung company uses as their authorized service repairs. They came to the house unprepared with a service repairman who did or had any knowledge of how to fix my problem. Did nothing charged me for a service call. Then followed up with sending it to collection with only ONE notice of bill sent. They are very unprofessional, Would NOT recommend.
