I have ordered flowers from Freddie's Floral, for years. I have lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, for 21 years, and I still order from there. I have always had the best of service, and have always been pleased with the flower arrangements.

When I called about renting products I was told it would be fine. I was promised that I could rent some products for an event. Well the week before the big event I called to go look and pay for the products to be used and was told that since Freddie’s wasn’t doing the event that I couldn’t rent what I needed, after the fact I could have been told this over a month ago!!!! Well I know that my business with Freddie’s will go elsewhere and I will let people know of how I was done. So I called another flower shop and got the same products and even a better deal that what I was quoted for Freddie’s, so I guess I should be thanking them for not wanting my business. But just learn to keep your promises!!!

I called this florist and spoke to Freddie himself. He was very kind and soft spoken. He assured me that there would be no disappointments in his arrangements as the reviews that were posted read.. I will post again after delivery. But I would like to give him 5 stars on his Customer Satisfaction Attitude. Thanks for being kind, I needed to talk to you.

Freddie's is a good business. They deal honestly with the customer, but I feel they need to improve on the beauty of their floral arrangements. I have been doing business with them for years because they treat the customer respectively, but at times, I have considered using another florist to get a prettier basket of flowers especially for a funeral.
