This place is a slice of heaven. The small, efficient place I've always wanted. With gas, electric, water, heat, and air all included, it's the best priced place in town. You would think that would be enough but there's also wonderful neighbors. No problems and should problems ever arise, they're squashed quick. It's really a great place to live where people care about one and other. Management works very hard to maintain the family air and general safety. My husband and I couldn't be happier.

I rate this as four stars due to it is very quit and clean as no noise is tolerated!!!!! No bbq's of any kind, no excessive use of electricity allowed, you get my point. But it is cheap and the strict rules are to keep the party people out. This is the best kept secret in the area, and there is a waiting list. If I come back to the area I would stay here again.
