Founded in 2007, Patterson Mill High School enrolls more than 400 students in grades 9 through 11. The school employs a staff of over 40 people. It provides a variety of programs in music, drama, fine arts and mass communications. Patterson Mill High School also offers special education and lunch programs. The school organizes sports activities, such as swimming, golf, tennis, and track and field. It has a media center that operates a book club. The school provides opportunities to participate in a student organization, the National Honor Society. In addition, it manages a parent-teacher-student association. Patterson Mill High School is a part of Harford County High Schools.
