These are real people who care about their customers and seem to work hard at getting the best pricing and genuinely helping in times of need. They were very helpful to us at claim time. A tree fell on our house and Mr. Dean was there within an hour of my phone call to his office. He climbed through the debris himself, inspecting damage, arranged emergency repairs on the spot and had us completely back to normal in just a couple of days. I doubt very many other agencies are that proactive at claim time and that's really when service counts the most. 5 stars, no question!

You can walk into Dean Insurance & speak with the owner directly. I much prefer that than speaking with a customer service rep overseas.
