Provided by YPmobileWork was done satisfactorily but no one called to say it was done. I had been there before with the same problem and was told that they could not find any problems. Then received a recall notice a few months later with everything I came in for previously.

Provided by YPmobileFirst, the wonderful Bell Care is a bunch of crap! Free oil changes, tire rotations, etc... Be prepared to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. I believe your car is bumped behind someone else who has to pay them for repair. A week later I brought my car In for an oil change and rotation. I was told 1 hour and almost three hours later I got the car back. Oil cap wasn't put back on properly and had to bring it right back to be cleaned out because the fumes if burning oil polluted the cabin. then next day driving it longer distance I noticed very poor performance changes that were not present when I took the car in, plus the spilled oil wasn't cleaned properly so the fumes returned and caused immediate migraine. Now my car has been there for 5 days... Still have not heard from them. Poor customer service, a bunch of liars, and believe I have been victim of discrimination because I am a woman... Treated very poorly. Buyer beware!!!!

We took our car there for a recall first thing in the morning and my husband started calling at 1 PM asking what the status was only to get the run around. I called at 3 PM and asked the girl straight out "Tell me the status of the car, is it done? Stop giving me the run around and putting us on hold! They tell you they'll call when the car is finished, which they don't. You call and they act like you're bothering them. I will never buy a car there nor do business with them ever again. I do not trust dealerships...Bob Bell is like most, SHADY!!!!

I had a chevy duamax diesel truck towed there with 12,000 miles on it. Turns out the engine blew up due to faulty injectors and they denied covering it under waranty. Took the vehicle to Heritage chevy and they tried everything to get it covered but since it was denied by bob bell there was nothing gm would let them do. Heritage even tried to get GM to look at the engine to show that it should have been covered but no one would come out. Heritage chevy did replace the engine at dealer cost and said that next time anything like this happens go to them and they would take care of it.
