Cakes are NOT home made.. I was lead to believe that the cake I bought was "made from scratch" and found out that ALL this business' cakes are really made by Betty Crocker!!

Got flowers here recently. Owner is chatty but efficient in his knowledge of flowers and making arrangements. Never used the cake service so cannot state well that is but the flower arrangements are great and the customer service is excellent.

I just recently started using Glo-Lyn Flowers. I had been using another florist in Bedford and had become disappointed with their prices and their arrangements. I was very pleased with the service and prices at Glo-Lyn. The owner is very pleasant (although a bit chatty) and is very accommodating. Jai (the owner) will make sure you get what you ask for. Haven't tried their cakes but have heard they are delicious. Next occasion for a cake that comes up I may get them to make one for me.

I recently ordered flowers for my sister on her birthday. Since I live in a different state, I was concerned about the quality of the flowers so I asked to speak with the owner. During my pleasant phone conversation with Jai, he took the time to ask about my sister's favorite color and flower preferences so he could customize the arrangement just for her. I was delighted to learn they also make cakes. Their prices were reasonable, so I ordered a small cake as well. My sister was thrilled! She said the flowers were beautiful and lasted well over a week She absolutely LOVED the cake! It was so moist and delicious she hated to share it and ate most of it herself. I seldom give perfect marks but Glo-Lyn did an exceptional job so anything less would not be accurate. .I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have used Glo-Lyn since the new management has taken over. Customer service is awesome and the flowers are beautiful. Jai also does cakes and I have gotten them on several occasions. His cakes are always perfect and delicious.
