She asks probing questions, listens and provides options. She is kind and considerate in providing realistic expectations of to expect in the future.

Wonderful time spent with her except for her office. The room is too cold, the sun shines into the patient's eyes (in the morning) and the window blinds makes this constant rattling noise which is so annoying for a patient like me with PTSD, anxiety, and sensitive hearing. It would be wonderful if these items were fixed before my next visit. Thank you.
