Established in 1958, Bedford Municipal Court is authorized to hear misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases, which involve offenses occurring within its geographic jurisdiction. Located at Cleveland, Ohio, it has several departments, including civil, probation, prosecution, clerk of courts, traffic/criminal, small claims, magistrates, parking and bailiff. The geographic jurisdiction of the Court includes the cities of Bedford, Bedford Heights, Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls, Glenwillow, Highland Hills, Moreland Hills, North Randall, Oakwood Village, Orange, Solon, Warrensville Heights, Woodmere, Chagrin Falls Twp. and the Metroparks.
