I chose to work with Blue Dolphin Pools And Spas Inc because a friend of mine had one built by them and it turned out great and they have had no issues with it. Also, I like that they are locally owned too.

We had our pool installed this past June. We couldn't be happier. They did everything they said they were going to do. The excavator was unbelievable, Rick our crew chief paid attention to every detail, was very professional, and great to deal with. The quality was great and they were very competitive.

I would strongly caution anyone considering having a pool installed by Blue Dolphin to think twice. They have made one mistake after another, do not know the necessary codes and setbacks, and as a result have taken 2 months to partially install our pool. They have made a mess of it and never provided a working heater, railing, stair, or taught us how to use the equipment. The vacume runs day and night, because they did not show us how to shut it off.

Be very cautious doing business with this company. Their opportunities center around communication, time planning, and customer service. They don't communicate well internally amoung themselves, their contractors or the homeowner. As such we were very frustrated with our pool installation. Good luck to you if you select them.
